United States of Eurasia

I'm a bit disappointed with Muse's newly released "United States of Eurasia." I was sort of expecting something mind-blowing. However, I'm sure this new album "The Resistance" will be fabulous as a whole.

I'm in Lynchburg, Virginia at the moment... It's rather depressing. I'm not used to American culture at all. I feel like this town is in desperate need of adventure. It's pretty, with lots of trees... But I find its inhabitants very provincial. It's rather unfortunate. Families of 3 or 4 generations. One town. Forever.

Hey, I got a question for you. I'm getting tired of my avatar (one which I did not even make)so I was wondering how does one go to create their own? I guess the important question is what are the dimensions?

And what would be the simplest way of making one through Photoshop?

get a pic then crop it to a square then ctrl + alt + i

then change the dimensions to 50 pixels x 50 pixels.

Ah, thanks! The problem is the avatar I'm trying to make keeps exceeding 15 kb in size. I guess I need to find a different image. :(

if you're using photoshop when you save it as something new, then it'll ask for a quality you want to save it as. if you set it as low, then the file should be smaller.
